You know it’s sad I haven’t done that many posts on Starfucker – They’ve only gotten so much better over time. Their experimental style is hard to rap your head around, but once you get a hold on it, the shit is intoxicating. Sincerely a top group, not only on SoundCloud, but fo realz too.

Where the Copy remix highlights their electro-talent, this version of “Astoria” highlights their acoustic one. Now I’m thinking an acoustic mixtape might be better.. or a combination!..? plz :)

Right when I saw De La, I knew this would be my fav-O-right remix. But I didn’t want to be too hasty, so I tried to hold off all biases … That said, it’s obviously the best… I mean, it’s fuckin De La!.. vs what? Gucci Mane, haha.

Okay, it’s still no De La remix, but out of all the other rap remixes, this one hits so on point.

There’s just something about Soulcrate’s voice that’s not meshin well in my head. It’s probably that Midwest accent – I can say this, I’m from MN – but Starfucker brings out the best in him – a collaboration on the way?…!
Starfucker – Dragon Queens (Skeletron Mix)
Off a little collab they did with Champagne Champagne, “Dragon Queens” is a lovely half, wonder how the other is.
